My passion with photography began as soon as I could pick up a camera!! At the age of 13, I bought my first professional camera from a professional photographer who would become my mentor. I spent $300 on this camera an Olympus OM2, one that I still own today. My mother didn’t understand why I was spending my babysitting money on this camera. You see…I always cut people’s heads off when I took pictures. That didn’t stop me though and once I started taking pictures with that camera…I no longer cut people’s heads off since the viewfinder was actually portraying what I was taking a picture of! That was a long 20+ years ago & since then, photography has always been a big part of my life.
I’m a proud mother of 3 beautiful children & God has truly blessed me with just the most awesome family! I”m also very active with my church (which I love by the way 
. My faith has grown over the years. John (my husband) & I were searching for a church since we really felt it was important for our family. We finally went to Church At The Ridge on Easter in 2007 & went from once a year Catholics to attending every Sunday.
